What You Can Connect to Zonitel
The Integrations page connects Zonitel to the tools you already use, grouped into messaging, AI, scheduling and storage. This guide lists what is available and what each one does, explains Connect, Manage and Disconnect, and offers a sensible order for switching them on.
What the Integrations page is
Zonitel connects to tools your business already uses, so calls, messages, bookings and files end up where your team works instead of in a separate system nobody opens.
Open it from the left sidebar: expand Settings and click Integrations. The page shows how many integrations are connected and how many are available, grouped into four categories.
Use the search field to find a service by name, or choose a category to narrow the cards.
Messaging & social
- Facebook & Instagram — receive and reply to messages from both platforms inside Zonitel. See Connect Facebook & Instagram Messaging.
- Zonitel WhatsApp (Official API) — connect your Zonitel number to WhatsApp Business. See Connect WhatsApp Business.
- Live Chat — a chat widget for your website. See How to Set Up Live Chat on Your Website.
Developers can also send WhatsApp messages with the API.
AI & automation
- Automation & Integrations — the API, credentials and webhooks for connecting your own systems. See Private Integrations.
- Call Transcription Insights — transcribe calls and track words you would rather not hear.
- AI Chatbot — chatbots that answer across your channels.
Scheduling & CRM
- Appointlet — bookings land in your calendars and you get a text. See Connect Appointlet.
- QQCatalyst — files call recordings against your contacts. See Sync with QQCatalyst.
- Google Calendar — two-way sync with your Zonitel calendars, connected per calendar rather than from this page.
GoHighLevel — import contacts, show CRM information while a customer calls, and link your calendars. Importing and calendar linking have separate controls. See Connect GoHighLevel to Zonitel.
Reviews & storage
- Google My Business Reviews — read and reply to reviews inside Zonitel. See Connect Google Business Reviews.
- Google Drive — back up fax PDFs, call recordings and voicemails automatically. See Google Drive Auto-Upload.
Connecting and disconnecting
Each card shows whether it is ACTIVE or INACTIVE, with a button that reflects where you are:
- Connect — start the setup, which usually means signing in to that service and authorizing Zonitel.
- Manage — open the settings for something already set up.
- Disconnect — stop the integration.
Google Calendar is the exception: it is connected individually for each calendar, so its button takes you to Calendars instead.
Choosing what to connect
- Start with where your customers already contact you. If half your enquiries arrive on Instagram, connect that before anything else.
- Connect one at a time and let your team settle into it. Six new channels at once means nobody watches any of them properly.
- Before connecting a channel, agree who answers it. Every integration here creates somewhere new for a customer to be ignored.
FAQ
Q: Does connecting an integration cost extra?
A: It depends on the integration and on the other service. Ask us and we will tell you what applies to your account.
Q: Can I disconnect later?
A: Yes, from the same card.
Q: Why is Google Calendar different?
A: It connects per calendar, so you manage it under Calendars.
Q: I use a tool that is not listed.
A: Our API can connect it. See Private Integrations.
