Making Manual Payments

Making Manual Payments

Find an outstanding invoice, review it before paying and confirm the payment result without creating a duplicate charge.

Before you pay

Check the selected location and whether Auto-Pay or another payment may already be processing. You need an outstanding invoice and a payment method accepted by its payment screen.

Open and review the invoice

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Use Invoices to find the invoice by number. Check the due date, total and status.
  3. Open the invoice from its row; the eye/view icon opens details where available. Use the download icon if you need a copy.
  4. Review the billed items and confirm that the invoice belongs to the right location.

Balance Due and Outstanding Invoices summarize outstanding amounts. An invoice marked paid does not need another payment for the same charge.

Make the payment

  1. For an unpaid invoice, use the payment option shown on its screen.
  2. Choose an available saved method, a new card, or ACH if the bank-account option is offered.
  3. Review the amount and any option to save the method or use it for recurring payments.
  4. Submit the payment once, then check the result before retrying.

A one-time payment and enabling Auto-Pay are different choices. See Managing Payment Methods if you need help with the method. If an unpaid invoice has no payment option, contact support with its reference.

Confirm the result

Payments made tab beside Invoices and Payment methods
  • Open Payments made and match the date, amount, invoice and status.
  • Return to Invoices and check its status and the balance after the successful payment is recorded.
  • Keep the confirmation email or available receipt.

Card payments usually appear promptly; bank payments can take longer. A pending or unclear result is not a reason to submit the same payment repeatedly. If your bank shows a charge but the invoice is still outstanding, contact support so the records can be checked.

Multiple invoices, due dates and questions

Review each outstanding invoice and prioritize overdue or earlier-due items. Pay by the due date shown. Ask support for the grace period and late-payment terms for your account; continued non-payment can lead to late fees or suspension.

You can ask us to review an invoice before or after its due date. Include its reference and the item you are questioning. If you expect difficulty paying, contact us as early as possible.

For recurring payments, see How to Set Up and Manage Auto-Pay. Enabling it does not by itself confirm payment of an invoice that was already outstanding.
