How to View and Download Call History Logs
Find calls with the current filters, look up an exact Call ID, inspect available details and choose the appropriate export.
Open Calls → All Calls in Office to review individual call records. Confirm the business or location selected at the top of the portal before comparing results or downloading data.
Find the calls you need
- Set From date and To date around the event or period you need.
- Use Contact to find a caller by number or saved name. Use Local Number for the business line and Extension for the extension involved.
- Add the relevant filters below, then click Search.
- Use Reset to clear an overly narrow search. Choose 10, 25 or 50 rows per page and use pagination to review more results.
- Direction: Any, Local, Inbound or Outbound.
- Recordings: All, With recording or Without recording.
- Duration (sec): minimum and maximum elapsed seconds.
- Missed call: Yes or No; leave it unselected for a broader search.
- Notes: All, Has notes or No notes.
- Audio quality: All, Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor or Bad.
- Sentiment: All, Positive, Negative or Neutral.
Look up an exact Call ID
Click Advanced search, enter the complete Call ID (UUID) and click Search in that dialog. Use this when you already have a specific call identifier. The regular Contact search is the appropriate starting point when you only have a phone number.
To obtain an ID from a visible record, open its Call info icon and use Copy Call ID. Include that ID when asking support about a particular call.
Read a record and choose an action
The list shows Direction, Contact, Local Number, Date / Time, Duration and Recordings. Open Call info to inspect the available result, answered indicator, timing and audio-quality information. A call's result and its answered indicator are separate fields; review both when investigating an unanswered call.
Available row controls include Call back, Send message, Contact history and Contact actions. Recording controls can include Play recording, Download and View transcription. Call review opens the manual star rating and note. Use only the action you intend; Delete call record removes a record and is not needed to filter or export it.
Download records
Open Export and select the appropriate date preset, Custom range, Filtered calls or Recent CDR downloads. Filtered calls (2000 max) is the option specifically labeled for the active filters. Date-based export choices are separate from that filtered option. See the CDR export and archived calls guide for the complete workflow.
If something is missing
Confirm the location, widen the dates and remove extension, quality, sentiment or recording filters that may exclude the call. Times are displayed in the account time zone. The portal states that recordings are kept for three months; an older call record does not guarantee that its audio is still available. Use Archived calls to look for older historical records.
