How to Configure Inbound Call Info in Office
Select the business numbers that show caller information, upcoming appointments, and connected CRM details for your Office user.
Choose which business numbers display a caller-information card for you in Office, and which details appear while the phone is ringing.
This is a personal display preference. It does not change where calls ring, forward calls, or answer them. Configure routing separately in Call Flow.
1. Open Inbound Call Info
Open your profile menu at the bottom-left of Office (Hi, followed by your name), then select Inbound Call Info.
2. Choose the information to display
Under What to show on the call, select the information you need: Upcoming appointments and, when connected, GoHighLevel CRM. If Office shows Connect GoHighLevel, the integration must be connected before that option can be enabled. Turning on this display option does not connect the CRM by itself.
3. Select the numbers that alert you
- Under Numbers that alert me, click Edit numbers.
- Choose the business numbers whose incoming calls should show caller information for you.
- Review the selected-number count and click Save changes.
No numbers are selected by default. If the list is empty, select the appropriate numbers before expecting a caller card. These choices apply to your Office user; each team member should review their own preferences.
4. Check the result
Keep Office open and have a teammate place a test call to a selected number. Verify the caller card and any available appointment or CRM details. The phone still follows its existing Call Flow. Missing details can mean that no matching data is available; a missing appointment is not proof that call routing failed.
If the card or details do not appear
- Confirm that the called business number is selected and the changes were saved.
- Check the display options and the relevant CRM/calendar connection.
- Check whether matching caller information exists in the connected system.
- For message alerts on this computer, use Desktop notifications instead.
