Automatic replies your customer First SMS

With ZoniTel, you can set your business hours and enable SMS automatic replies for both Business Hours and After-Hours. This helps improve the customer experience and ensures customers receive an immediate response.

With this feature, you can:

Set hours by day (Mon–Sun) and time zone.

Ensure your system automatically replies to the first SMS a customer sends to your number.

Send a different automatic message after hours.

How to enable it (Step by step)

  1. Log in to your ZoniTel portal.
  2. Go to Numbers → Phone Numbers
  3. Select the phone number you want to edit.
  4. Active Auto-reply to text messages
  5. Select Business Hours and set your office hours. Choose between Global (applicable to all numbers on your account) or Specific (applicable only to the selected number).
  6. Click Save.
  7. Go to SMS and Call Settings and enable Auto-Reply.
  8. Write your messages for Business Hours and After-Hours.
  9. Save changes and test by sending a message outside business hours.
