How to Block a Number

Learn how to block and unblock phone numbers in the Zonitel portal to prevent unwanted calls and messages.

✅Block a number (Step-by-step)

1. Log in to your Zonitel portal.

2. Go to Numbers → Blocked Numbers.

3. Click + Block Number.

4. Enter the phone number you want to block.

   • Recommended: E.164 format (e.g., 18339664835).

5. (Optional) Add a note/description if available.

6. Click Save.

7. Confirm the number appears in your Blocked Numbers list.

🔓 Unblock a number.

1. Go to Numbers → Blocked Numbers.

2. Find the number.

3. Under Actions, choose Delete .

4. Make sure that your change has been saved and your number is not part of the list anymore.
