Log in to your Zonitel portal.

Go to Numbers → Phone Numbers.

Select the phone number you want to configure (Edit).

Open SMS and Call Settings.

Find the Email notifications section.

Turn on Enable Email notification.

Enter the email address where you want to receive alerts.
