Find Received and Sent Faxes in the Mobile App

Use Received, Sent and Fax config to find fax records and review the configured fax number and email from your phone.

Open Fax in the bottom bar of the Zonitel mobile app. The same in-app navigation is available on iPhone and Android; the fax records and configurations shown depend on your account.

1. Choose the right view

• Received: incoming fax records.
• Sent: outgoing fax records.
• Fax config: the configured fax entries, including their fax number and email.

2. Find a fax

1. Choose Received or Sent.
2. Use Search for numbers, recipients, notes to narrow the list.
3. Check the matching entry. In Sent, compare the recipient number, date and time, and page count before choosing an available action.

3. Review the fax configuration

1. Open Fax config.
2. Find the relevant fax entry and check its Fax number and Fax email.
3. If either value is unexpected, ask your administrator to confirm the configuration before making changes.

If a fax is missing

Clear the search and check the other list. Confirm the expected account and location. For a sending or delivery question, give support the fax number, recipient and date/time so they can check the relevant record.
