Use Appointment Book to Review Your Day
Review a day in Appointment Book, choose visible calendars, adjust the time grid and return to the regular calendar views.
Appointment Book is a day-focused view inside Calendar. Use it to review the day alongside your visible calendars, then open Appointments if you need a searchable list or confirmation filters.
Open and navigate the day
- Open Calendar and confirm the selected location.
- Under My Calendars, select the calendars you want to see.
- Click Appointment Book in the top toolbar.
- Read the date heading. Use Previous day, Next day or Today in the book’s toolbar to move between dates.
- Review the calendar headers, appointment counts and time grid for that day. Scroll through the grid when needed.
If the view is empty, check the date and the selected calendars first. Hiding a calendar changes your view; it does not cancel appointments or close its customer booking link.
Choose the time-grid interval
The Slot size controls offer 10m, 15m and 30m. Choose the interval that helps you read the day. These controls belong to the book view. Configure appointment length and simultaneous booking capacity separately in the calendar’s General settings.
A gap in the day view is not enough to promise a customer a booking. Availability ranges, blocked dates, duration, existing appointments and the particular booking link’s limits can affect which times are offered. Check the actual booking flow when confirming an available time.
Move to another calendar task
- Use Month, Week or Day in Calendar view to return to those views. Book identifies the current view.
- Use Close the Appointment Book to leave the book.
- Use New Event for the appointment or scheduled-message form, and review its calendar, time and notifications before saving.
- Open Appointments to search by client or title, filter dates, and manage confirmation status.
Keep the client’s appointment time separate from the grid interval. If an event appears at an unexpected time, compare its date and time with the business time zone before changing the booking.
