Review International Call Charges and Country Rates

Review International Call Charges and Country Rates

Filter international call records, inspect recorded rates and amounts, and check country-rate validity before comparing charges.

Open Calls → All Calls → International report. This report provides international call amounts and detailed records. Confirm the selected business/location before investigating a charge.

Run the report

  1. Choose a date range. Presets include This month, Last month, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Today and Yesterday.
  2. Select a Country or keep All countries.
  3. Set Billing status to All, Billed or Not billed.
  4. Click Apply and wait for results. Use Reset when starting a broader search.

Read the amounts and call records

The overview shows Total amount, Total calls, Billed calls and Total duration. The Call detail records table contains Date, Direction, From, To, Duration, Country, Rate, Amount and Status.

Use its search to find a number, country or date and select 25, 50 or 100 rows per page. Review the recorded Rate and Amount on the relevant call instead of assuming every call to a country has the same historical price. Duration, rate and amount are different fields.

Billed/Not billed describes the report's billing status. It does not tell you whether a customer has paid an invoice or whether a card payment succeeded. Consult Billing for invoice and payment status.

Check the country-rate list

  1. Click View country rates.
  2. Use Search all columns or the relevant column filters. Country, ISO and Active help narrow the list.
  3. Review Country, ISO, Country code, Price, Valid from, Valid until and Active.
  4. Compare the effective date interval with the call date. An active price today should not automatically be applied to an older call.

Use the units and terms shown for your service when interpreting a price. This guide does not substitute a generic rate, currency or billing increment for your account's applicable pricing.

Export and investigate differences

The international report and country-rate list each offer Export CSV. Select the intended context first and inspect the downloaded columns and period before sharing the file. A rates-list export and a call-record export answer different questions.

If a charge seems unexpected, check the call date and time zone, country, direction, duration, recorded rate, amount and status. Send support the relevant record and filters through a private channel. Keep unrelated numbers and records out of the attachment. Do not change account settings or delete calls to investigate a rate.
