Step-by-step (Web Portal)

Log in to your Zonitel portal.

Go to Administration.

Open Users and click Add User.

Fill out the user details:

Email Address
-
First Name / Last Name

Extension

Under Access Rights, check only the permissions this user should have (example: Calls, Conversations, Contacts, Fax, Reports).

Under SMS/MMS Service, select the phone numbers the user is allowed to use for messaging.

Click Send Invitation.

The user will receive an email invitation to complete setup and sign in.
