How do I set up my Business Hours?
This guide explains how to automatically route calls to a specific time condition, such as business hours, or to a different number after-hours, such as after 5:00 PM or on weekends. This high-value feature makes your phone system look professional and helps business owners manage their time more effectively.

Maintaining a professional image even when you are closed is easy with Zonitel.

Log in to your Office Portal at office.zonitel.com, then go to Numbers > Phone Numbers.
- Choose the number you would like to add or edit Business Hours for.
- Go to Actions, then click the Call Flow icon.

Click Business Hours on the right side of the menu.
- Click the green button in the top-right corner labeled + Add Business Hours.
- In the Name field, enter the name of the Time Conditions you would like to use for your records.
- In Description (Optional), you can add any relevant information for your records, such as the date you set up the time conditions, as a reference.
- In Settings, list the conditions you would like to set, such as Day of Month, Day of Week, and Time of Day.

Set the Destination: Choose what happens when someone calls outside of these hours (e.g., send to a specific "After-Hours" Voicemail or forward to an emergency mobile number).

In Alternate Destination, choose the fail-over destination if the time conditions don't match, such as Voicemail, or set up call forwarding to a cell phone.

Click Save. Your schedule will save automatically.
