View Invoices, Payments and Payment Methods in the Mobile App
Open Billing to find your invoices, review recorded payments and see the payment methods listed for your account.
You can review billing information from the Zonitel mobile app on iPhone and Android. Check the current account or location before reviewing a record.
Open the billing section
- Open Menu → Billing.
- Choose Invoices, Payments or Methods.
- Find the relevant record and review the details shown in that tab.
Invoices: what was billed
Review the invoice reference, amount, due date and status. Use the download icon beside the invoice when it is available. Check the invoice status before deciding whether a payment is still needed.
Payments: what was recorded
Review the payment date, amount, method, status and associated invoice or reference. Match the payment to the correct invoice; the amount alone may not identify it.
Methods: payment methods on file
Review the saved card information shown in masked form. A method may show a Recurrent label. A saved card or recurring label does not by itself confirm that a particular invoice has been paid; check Payments and the invoice status.
If a record is missing or unclear
Confirm the account or location, then contact your administrator or Zonitel support with the invoice reference. Do not include a full card number or security code in a support message.
