How to Connect Google Business Reviews to Zonitel
Connect your Google Business Profile to Zonitel, so your team can view and respond to customer reviews directly from the Zonitel Office Portal.
Before you begin
Make sure the Google account you use:

Has access to your Google Business Profile

Has permission to manage the business location
-
Is connected to the correct business listing
Step 1: Open the Google Business Reviews integration

Log in to your Zonitel Office Portal.

Go to Administration.
-
Select Integrations.
-
Find Google My Business Reviews.

Click Connect Google.
Step 2: Choose your Google account
A Sign in with Google window will appear.

Select the Google account connected to your Google Business Profile.

If the account is not listed, click Use another account.

Enter your Google login information if requested.
Make sure you select an account that has access to the business locations you want to connect.
Step 3: Continue the Google sign-in process
Google will show the email address that Zonitel can access as part of the sign-in process.

Confirm that the correct Google account is displayed.

Review Zonitel’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service if needed.

Click Continue.
Step 4: Allow access to your Google Business listings
Google will display a screen that says “Zonitel wants access to your Google Account.”
Under Select what Zonitel can access:

Select the checkbox next to the Google Business listing permission.

Review the access information.
-
Click Continue.
This permission is required for Zonitel to retrieve your business locations and allow you to manage customer reviews from the platform.
Important: If you do not select the required permission, the Google Business Reviews integration may not work correctly.
Step 5: Select your Google Business account
After the connection is completed, Zonitel will open the Google Reviews page.

Click Select location.

Choose the Google Business account you want to use.

Continue to view the locations associated with that account.
Step 6: Select your business location
If your Google Business account has multiple locations, Zonitel will display all available locations.

Select the location whose reviews you want to manage.

Confirm that the business name and address are correct.

Click Confirm location.
After confirming the location, Zonitel will begin displaying the reviews associated with that Google Business Profile.

You must select a specific location before reviews can be displayed.

If your business has multiple locations, connect the location you want to manage in Zonitel.

The Google account must have permission to manage the selected business location.

You can change the selected location later from the Google Reviews page.

If no business locations appear, confirm that the selected Google account has access to an active Google Business Profile.

Can I connect an account with multiple business locations?
Yes. After connecting your Google account, you can choose the specific business location you want to use.
Why can’t I see my business location?
Make sure the Google account you selected has permission to manage that Google Business Profile.
Do I need to allow the Google Business listing permission?
Yes. This permission is required for Zonitel to retrieve your business locations and manage reviews.
Can I respond to reviews from Zonitel?
Yes. Once your account and location are connected, you can view and respond to customer reviews directly from Zonitel.
Can I select a different location later?
Yes. Go to the Google Reviews page and use the Select location option.
