Review and Resolve Call Intelligence Notifications
Call Intelligence notifications show alerts created when an automation rule matches a call. Use them to decide what needs attention, review the evidence and record the follow-up status.
Find the right alerts
- Open AI → Call Intelligence → Notifications and choose the Range. Use a wider period if the call did not happen today.
- Review Critical, High, Medium and Low priorities. Use Unactioned for pending follow-up or Actioned to review items already marked as handled.
- Narrow the list by category, rule and source. Check the source selector: System can hide email notifications. Choose All sources when you need the full view for the selected filters.
Review and follow up
Click the alert's header to expand it. Read the rule that triggered it, the call details and the recommendation. Choose View Analysis to open the call, then compare the analysis with its transcript before deciding what to do.
Carry out the required follow-up with your team or customer. When that work has been handled, return to the alert and use Mark Actioned. Check Actioned if it disappears from your pending view.
Mark Actioned records the alert's status. It does not automatically fix the issue, contact a customer or carry out the suggested action. Likewise, an AI alert is a signal to review, not proof of its suggested cause.
If an alert is missing or does not look right
Check the date range, source, rule, category and status filters first. Then review the rule's conditions and whether the intended action is enabled. An email-only rule should not be assumed to create a System notification.
If the alert seems incorrect, open the underlying call and compare the transcript with the analyst's instructions. Adjust the analyst or automation when appropriate; changing an alert's status does not change the rule.
