Call forwarding lets you redirect incoming calls from your Zonitel business number to any number you choose. This ensures you never miss a call, whether you’re in the office, on the road, or working remotely.


 Option 1: Forward calls via the Mobile App

  1. Open the Zonitel Mobile App

  2. Go to Menu > Call Forwarding

  3. Enable call forwarding for the number you want to apply it to

  4. Enter the destination number

  5. Tap Save

The forwarding takes effect immediately, so calls will start routing to your chosen number right away.


Option 2: Forward calls via the Office Portal

  1. Log in to office.zonitel.com

  2. Navigate to Numbers > Phone Numbers

  3. Under Actions, click Edit on the number you want to forward

  4. Click on Call Forwarding

  5. Enable it and enter the destination number

  6. Click Save

This option allows you to manage forwarding directly from your computer, perfect for when you’re at your desk.
