Review Login History and Manage Your Devices

Find Account Activity, review recent sign-ins, rename device entries and identify the available device controls.

1. Open your account activity

1. Sign in to Office and open the menu with your name at the bottom left.
2. Choose Account Activity.
3. Use My devices to review device entries, or Login history to review sign-ins.

2. Review the details

• My devices: compare Device name, Device, Login date, Location, IP address and Status. Available controls appear under Actions.
• Login history: review sign-ins from newest to oldest. Compare the device and date with activity you recognise. Use the 10, 25 or 50 rows selector and page controls to inspect older entries.
• Read the fields together. New Access alone does not prove an intrusion, and an unfamiliar IP address needs context. A history entry is not proof that a session is still active.

3. Make device entries easier to recognise

1. In My devices, find the intended row and choose Rename.
2. Enter a clear Device name, such as Work laptop. Avoid customer names or other private information.
3. Click Save and check the updated name in the list. Use Cancel to leave without saving.

Other device actions

Depending on the row, you may see Revoke trust or Disable device. Check the intended device before selecting either action and read any confirmation shown. These are separate controls; do not treat a row action as confirmation that every session on the account has ended.

If a device or login still looks unfamiliar, continue with What to Do If You Do Not Recognize a Login. Ask your administrator or support when you need help determining which entry or action applies.
